Copy Haho – Dying Breed

June 20th is set to be an important day for Scottish indie troop Copy Haho – it’ll mark the release of the bands debut album.

Here’s what the band had to say about the recording of the forthcoming album:

We recorded the album at Chemikal Underground’s Chem19 studios outside Glasgow, in Scotland. It was recorded with Jamie Savage (The Phantom Band, James Yorkston…) and was mixed by Simon Ward (of Errors). Michael Marshall played viola on the album. Thanks, Michael. The album is being released on a label called Slow Learner, which Richard [Scott] is going to be running.

Below, you can check out ‘Dying Breed’, the storming first cut from the record, it’s a typically fuzzy guitar driven number; the engaging and catchy little riffs accompany the warm, Scottish brogue of Joe Hearty’s vocals.
